My young friend Christine, helped to create a really neat app. You can use it on your phone or one your computer. I have just started using it, and I find it a good motivator to stay on track with diet and exercise, and it also provides information if you are cooking for a diabetic or someone with restrictions.

It is very simple to use. You just fill in some basic info, (which remains private) such as your age, weight, height and exercise level. It will then tell you how many calories you should be taking in daily. As you eat (or are trying to decide what to eat) you enter your food and number of servings. It then tells you the calories and other nutrition information and tracks it for you.
In addition, you can also log your exercise and it will tell you how many calories you have burned and will track it for you.
You can also find recipes.
Not only can us moms use this for fitness or weight loss, but also can be applied for some homeschooling uses such as home-ec, PE (for the exercise) or health classes.
Our body is the Lord's temple, so we should treat it well!!
