Edmonds woman faces hair loss with humor, grace | HeraldNet.com - Life

This article is about my cousin Sue, from Indiana who now lives in Washington.  She has alopecia areata, a incurable autoimmune disease that causes hair loss on the scalp and elsewhere.

Following our typical family attitude, instead of hiding from it, she uses it as a tool to help others who may have the same disease.

Tell her to do a google search on alopecia and gluten intolerance. She may want to try a gluten free diet.
